What it is
Velicarta explores the idea of a dedicated privacy intermediary: a service positioned between sensitive source data and the teams that need trustworthy information for analysis, research, or collaboration.
The project is a reference implementation intended to make the workflow tangible. It is not presented as a complete compliance solution or a replacement for expert review.
How it works
A structured dataset enters a controlled transformation process. Sensitive elements are handled consistently, useful relationships are preserved where appropriate, and the result is paired with a record describing what changed.
